If you are taking a proctored exam, there will be a delay in getting your certificate of completion after passing your course exam. This is because all proctored exams undergo a routine audit to ensure exam integrity.
The audit process may take up to 5 business days after your test. When your exam session audit is complete, your certificate will be unlocked, and you will receive an email notification. Then completion reporting can occur as specified in your Aceable course material.
