I noticed my credits have not yet been reported to TREC. What should I do?

First, confirm that you entered your correct real estate license number on each of your courses. Any errors will prevent your credits from being reported to TREC. If you have a broker's license, please be sure that you entered your real estate license number, not your broker's license number.

If you found a mistake, don't worry! Simply reach out to our Student Concierges here for assistance.

If it has been less than 10 days, we will be able to re-submit your completion with the correct information. If more than 10 days have passed since you completed your course, we will need to manually file your course completion with TREC. It can take 10 business days for those changes to reflect on your TREC profile. Please know that your completion date will not change, it will remain the date you completed the course with us, not the date we file with TREC. That way, you won't have any issues when it comes to your renewal.
