How do I reschedule or cancel my licensing exam?

You may reschedule your appointment for a future date on one occasion per exam fee paid. You must call 800-345-6559 at least two business days prior to the exam if you would like to reschedule. You must call and speak to a representative - an email or voicemail are not accepted for rescheduling requests.

You forfeit your exam fee if:

  • You want to reschedule your exam but fail to contact PSI at least 2 business days before your exam date
  • You wish to reschedule a second time
  • You appear more than 15 minutes late for an exam
  • You fail the exam and must attempt again
