How long do I have to finish the pre-license process?

There are a couple of important deadlines to remember when it comes to earning your real estate salesperson license in Virginia.

  • Great news! Your AceableAgent pre-license education does not expire.
  • Your exam fee is valid for 1 year from the date that PSI receives it.
  • Your background check is valid for 45 days.
  • Your passed state licensing exam score is valid for 1 year from the date you passed.
