When in my real estate pre-license process should I submit my application?

Once you verify your eligibility and complete your 40-hour pre-license education with Aceable, you can submit your application to become a real estate salesperson. You must submit this application before taking your state licensing exam.

Once you submit your application and it is approved, you’ll receive an emailed receipt for payment. This will take about two days. This email will also contain your six-digit Candidate ID number that is needed to schedule your state licensing exam, as well as instructions for contacting PSI Exams to schedule your test.
