- Know your renewal filing deadline – you’ll get an email from TREC 90 days before it’s due!
- If you are not under Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) requirements, complete 18 hours of continuing education.
- When you’re done with each course, your course credits are reported to TREC. If you completed your CE with Aceable, we report your completion information directly to TREC. Education providers are given 10 days to report course completion to TREC - we typically get this done for you within 24 hours.
- Head over to TREC’s website to renew your real estate agent license online.
