How long is the licensing exam?

It is 240 minutes (4 hours) long and is comprised of two sections: the National portion (150 minutes) and the Texas State Law portion (90 minutes).

The National portion is made up of 85 questions and you need to get 56 of them correct to pass this portion.

The Texas State Law portion is made up of 40 questions and you need to get 21 of them correct to pass this portion.
