You have several options!
If you have active deals, we recommend paying TREC a $200 deferral fee to extend your deadline and license by 60 days. You should not renew late because your license status becomes “expired” and you would not be able to close any deals during that time.
If you do not have any active deals, you can either renew late by paying a slightly higher fee or renew as inactive. For more details, click here.
