You can pay for practice tests on the Pearson VUE website and download the Candidate Handbook for a sample test.
You can also log into your AceableAgent account and review your courses by going through the Table of Contents for each course.
There are a few mathematical numbers that you need to memorize since it is not provided by the test center:
- There are 43,560 square feet per acre.
- There are 5,280 feet per mile.
The test center will provide you scratch paper. We recommend memorizing these facts and writing them down as soon as you are allowed to write on the scratch paper (you can do this when the exam begins).
If a question requires you to calculate prorated amounts, the question will specify:
- Whether the calculation should be made on the basis of 360 or 365 days a year
- Whether the day of closing belongs to the buyer or the seller
