We love apps here at Aceable. We love them so much that we tend to download more than our phone's screens can handle. If this sounds like you too, we totally get your frustration when you download the AceableAgent App and then just can't find it anywhere. That's why we're here to show you the magical powers of Spotlight, your handy search tool.
You can access Spotlight by swiping down on your home screen, or swiping all the way to the left until you can't swipe anymore. A beautiful search bar will appear, with some frequently used app suggestions beneath. Simply type into the search bar the name of the app, and if it's indeed installed on your phone, it will miraculously appear and grant you immediate click-through access. Spotlight will also search the entirety of your phone for that keyword, so you may need to scroll through your search results if you've talked about how incredible AceableAgent is to all of your friends. ;)

If you still can't find it, it's possible you haven't installed it onto your phone. You can install a pre-downloaded app by following these steps:
- Open App store
- Select "Updates" from the bottom menu
- Select "Purchased" at the top
- Scroll through your purchased apps (even if you downloaded it free, it's "purchased") to find AceableAgent
Still no luck? Search the App store again for AceableAgent. If you never downloaded it, it'll have a "GET" button next to it. If you have downloaded it, it'll either have an "OPEN" button, or an image of a cloud with a downward facing arrow. Press the button that appears for you, and you got it!
