Ace the Test Guarantee Details
If you don’t pass the Texas state licensing exam, we’ll give you your money back.
- To be eligible for this, you must:
- Complete all six courses plus the Ultimate Exam Prep course with AceableAgent.
- Get at least 85% on at least one Exam Prep practice test. You can take as many practice tests as you need to achieve this score.
- Take all 3 attempts at the state exam within 90 days of completing the Ultimate Exam Prep course.
- Purchase directly through AceableAgent, rather than a third party website.
Note: If you choose to redeem your guarantee, you will lose access to your AceableAgent courses and will not receive any additional services that may have been part of your package. TREC requires that you retake 1-2 pre-license courses depending on how many sections you failed on the licensing exam. By redeeming your guarantee, you will need to repurchase the pre-license courses you need to retake with AceableAgent or another company.
How Do I Redeem My Guarantee?
In order to redeem your guarantee, you will need to email support@aceableagent.com a copy of your three Pearson VUE score reports.
These are obtained at the testing center immediately following your licensing exam. Additionally, you can also request your scores from Pearson VUE by emailing them a completed Duplicate Score Request Form.
