Examity notified us of a service disruption, beginning 10/06, where several test takers are having trouble scheduling exams, connecting to their proctor, or submitting exams.
While the main issues have been identified and solved, if you receive an error message or the website times out when trying to do any of these tasks, please try the following steps:
- Clear cache and cookies on your browser. If you are using Chrome, please try these steps listed here
- If possible, try using a hot spot to connect to the internet
