The application costs $485, and you’ll need to upload all 6 of your course completion certificates.They are referred to as form REC-33 in the application! You’ll also need to provide proof of your Errors & Omissions Insurance coverage, and the information of your Employing Broker or Brokerage. If you do not have proof of insurance or an employing broker, you will receive your license as inactive and will need to pay a small fee to activate with the required information.
