How do I reschedule or cancel my licensing exam?

You can cancel and reschedule an exam appointment without forfeiting your fee if your cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled exam date! For example, if you have a Monday at 3PM appointment that you would like to cancel, Pearson VUE would need to receive your cancellation notice by the previous Saturday at 3PM.

You can reschedule by logging into your Clarus account (which you created with Pearson to sign up for the test), or by calling Pearson VUE at 833-551-0235.

Please note that voicemail and email are not acceptable forms of cancellation. You must use the Pearson website (Clarus) or call and speak to a customer service representative.
