What if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment, you will not be able to take the exam as scheduled, and you will forfeit your exam fee.

You also forfeit your exam fee if:

  • You don’t cancel your appointment two days before your scheduled exam date
  • You arrive after your exam start time
  • You don’t present proper identification when you arrive for your exam.
