What if I think my exam was scored incorrectly?

December 03, 2020 18:24

If you received a failing score, you may request that the exam be re-scored for verification of the score. To do this, write to PSI with the request. Include your name, SSN, and the date of your failed exam in this request.

Please note that rescoring does not include any investigation into comments about items entered by the candidate during administration of the exam.
