What happens if I fail the final exam?

You have two attempts to pass your final exam. After that, you will need to retake your 75-hour course before you can attempt the exam again. Let’s get in to the nitty gritty of it:

First failure:

  • Just retake the exam!
  • There is no minimum amount of time you’ll need to wait between your first and second attempt, however we recommend that you take at least a few days to take practice exams (they’re unlimited!), review weak chapters using Mastery Tracking, etc.

Second failure:

  • Unfortunately, after your second failure, you will be locked out of your course.
  • You’ll need to contact AceableAgent’s Student Concierges, and they will unlock your course and reset your progress back to the beginning.
