What is your refund policy?

It’s easy to get a refund. In most cases, as long as you have not completed the course, and your request is made within 30 days of purchase. Just contact our Student Concierges to request a refund.

Please note that if you had previously purchased a course extension due to an expiring course completion date, the course extension purchase is not refundable.

What is a "Completed Course"?

A completed course means that you have made it through all of the levels of a course, whether or not you have taken and passed the final exam. For example, if there are 15 levels of a course, you have completed the course when you reach the last page of Level 15, whether or not you have attempted the course final exam. 

Note: If you purchase through a third-party (e.g., Groupon), you must seek a refund through them rather than AceableAgent.
