What is a case study? Why do I have to do it?

Recently, TREC began requiring all continuing education course providers to include an “interactivity” requirement. Aceable presents this to you in the form of “Ace Studies” (case studies) in Legal Update I (#42039) and Legal Update II (#42040). There will be four case studies in each of those courses.

When you get to the case study, you’ll be asked a question based on the case study. Type your answer and submit! Your answer will be sent to our instructors of record, Judy McKee and Bill Kukla. You’ll also be shown the instructor’s answer as well as five random student answers to see how others answer the question.

Our instructors will review your answer. If your answer isn’t relevant to the case study at all or it is incorrect, they will contact you personally. At that point, you’ll give them a different answer! If they don’t contact you, you’re in the clear. Keep on going!
