Updated December 22, 2021 06:59

Becoming a real estate salesperson in Georgia is as easy as 1, 2, 3… you get it.

  1. Confirm your eligibility
  2. Complete AceableAgent 75-hour pre-license education course
  3. Wait for your course completion to be reported to AMP
  4. Find a sponsoring broker
  5. Schedule and pass your licensing exam
  6. Submit your real estate salesperson application
  7. Apply for your license

If you are concerned that a felony or misdemeanor in your past may be a barrier to your licensure, there is an optional first step to submit an Application for Background Clearance.
