How do I reset my password on the app?

Are you having trouble logging in? If you’ve forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" below the button that says "Log In". You’ll be asked to put in your email address so we can email you a link to reset your password. If you receive an error message that says “User does not exist”, your account is either under a different email address OR you’ve accidentally made a typo in your email. In that case, contact our Student Concierges and we’ll help you out!

After tapping "I forgot my password", you can request a password reset email to be sent to you.

Press "OK" and try typing in your password. You can also tap on "I forgot my password" to request a password reset.

Well, how about that? Your password reset email is on its way to your email inbox. Make sure you are not signed into our website when clicking on the link in your email. Otherwise, it will not direct you to the right page.

Try typing in a different email address that you might have an account under. You might have also signed up under a misspelled email as well - contact our Student Concierges to get that fixed.
