When do I need to file my Broker Application with the State of Washington?

You can file your broker application after:

  • Completing 90-hours of required pre-license education
  • Passing the broker’s licensing exam
  • Get a fingerprint & background check

Keep in mind that your real estate licensing exam test scores expire after 1 year!
