Possibly! The Arizona Department of Real Estate cannot issue a license or a fingerprint clearance card to a person:
- Convicted of a felony who is incarcerated, paroled, or under community supervision or on probation.
- Convicted of a felony, or convicted of a misdemeanor offense, such as (but not limited to) theft, forgery, extortion, conspiracy to defraud, violence against another person, or crimes of moral turpitude.
- Subject to registration as a sex offender in AZ or any other jurisdiction or who is awaiting trial on or who has been convicted of committing or attempting, soliciting, facilitating or conspiring to commit one or more of the offenses listed in A.R.S. §41-1758.03 in AZ or the same or similar offenses in another state or jurisdiction
