What are the eligibility requirements to be a real estate salesperson in Arizona?

In order to be a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 at the time of your application
  • You must be able to provide proof of lawful presence in the United States 
  • Must demonstrate honesty, truthfulness, good character and competency - click here for more details on these requirements!
  • You cannot have had a license denied within one year, or revoked within 2 years immediately preceding the application date.  

You are not required to be an Arizona resident, or to have a high school degree!
