After you complete each pre-license course, you will be prompted to take your closed-book course final exam. These exams are not proctored, and you’ll have unlimited attempts to pass.
60-hour Principles of Real Estate Course Final Exam Details:

- 180 questions total - you’ll need a 75% to pass!
- Unlimited attempts within the 365 day course time period
30-hour New Affiliate Course Final Exam Details:
- 180 minute time limit
- 90 questions total - you’ll need a 70% to pass!
