What are SAE requirements, and what SAE courses does Aceable offer?

When a new agent is renewing their license for the first time after 2 years in the field, they are required to complete additional post-licence education called Sales Apprentice Education (SAE), along with Legal Update I & II. To meet SAE requirements, you’ll need to complete 90 hours of additional real estate education. Aceable offers the following SAE courses: Real Estate Marketing (#551), Real Estate Law (#335), and Real Estate Investing (#935). Completing these 3, 30 hour courses along with Legal Updates I and II will satisfy all of your education requirements for your first renewal!
